Returns & Exchanges at Boyar Gifts

We want you to love your home decor, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
